The new swimming pool

Gli Ulivi di Montalbano is a residence situated upon the hills, just outside the city of La Spezia.
The farmer's house dominates a series of Liguria-typical terraces, cultivated with olive and fruit trees.
We have a swimming pool available for our guests and a car park where you can leave your car for the whole time of your stay.

Flats
The residence is made of 3 two-room flats, 4 one-room flats, an attic, all of which are totally independent and fully equipped with bed sheets and cutlery.

Activities
Guests are free to either go out on their own, or decide to follow our advice about trips to the Cinque Terre, to Porto Venere, to the Poets' Gulf and to Val di Vara.
We also run activities which allow our guests to have unique experiences, such as cooking courses, promenades and physical activity around the hills, and boat trips at night with local fishermen to see what the fishing is about.

Eating
At the moment we have an agreement with some restaurants which you can reach within few minutes by car. All of them offer delicious food at absolutely affordable prices.

Services
You can easily reach the residence by car or by public transport from the city centre of La Spezia.
We can provide you with a service of transportation to and from the Central station and to Porto Venere, if requested at the moment of booking.
